Hand holding a Library cardABOUT US

Library Cards Free library cards are available to all Wisconsin residents 6 and older. Children under the age of 18 need a parent's or guardian's signature. Proof of current address, such as a driver's license, state ID, or utility bill showing name and address, is required. A $1.00 replacement fee will be charged for a lost or destroyed card.

Renewals Most materials may be renewed twice, unless an item is on hold for another customer. To renew an item, you may call the library at 715-643-2106. Bring in the item, or renew it online through the MORE online catalog.

Fines Fines are charged at the rate of 10 cents per day for books, magazines, and audiobooks. The fine for late videos/DVDs is $.50 per day. You can check your patron records to see if you have fines through the MORE online catalog. Once fines reach $10.00, further use of your card will be blocked until the fines are paid in full.

Reserves Any item that is checked out may be reserved through the MORE online catalog, in person, or by telephone. The online catalog also allows you to reserve items from any of the other MORE libraries and have them delivered to the Boyceville Public Library.
